MONOLITH RECORD ("Service") properly protects users' personal information and privacy.
Article 1 (Information Collected)
The Service collects the following information: X user ID, X username, X display name, X profile image URL, payment amount, Stripe payment-related IDs (Checkout Session ID, Payment Intent ID), IP address, User-Agent, Cloudflare Turnstile verification results, information provided via inquiry forms, and audit logs.
Article 2 (Purpose of Use)
Collected information is used for the following purposes: operating and displaying the ranking, payment processing and reconciliation, user identification via X integration, fraud and bot prevention, incident response and security improvement, and legal compliance.
Article 3 (Third-Party Disclosure)
Collected information will not be provided to third parties except in the following cases: when provided to Stripe for payment processing; when provided to Supabase, Vercel, or Cloudflare for service infrastructure; when exchanged with X (Twitter) for X integration; and when disclosure is required by law.
Article 4 (Data Management)
Collected information is managed in an environment with appropriate security measures. Data that is no longer needed will be deleted or anonymized by appropriate methods.
Article 5 (Cookies and Sessions)
The Service uses session cookies (HttpOnly) to maintain login state. Cloudflare Turnstile may also use cookies internally for bot prevention.
Article 6 (Changes to Privacy Policy)
This policy may be updated as needed. If there are significant changes, users will be notified via the Service.
